These resources are made available to help managers and employees work through the impacts of organisational change, in a positive manner. They are designed to help all types of leaders, as well as security professionals and staff in HR and Organisational Development, to effectively manage change.
The toolkits include practical resources and self-reflective activities. They focus on the need to maximise the development of trust across an organisation and minimise the formation of distrust, in order to mitigate the development of, and potential consequences of Counterproductive Work Behaviour. They also include videos, to show how to use the toolkits, and highlighting the key messages on this topic.
