This session will explore how rapidly evolving threat landscapes, including hybrid, online harms, are challenging existing approaches to risk assessment and management.
We will reflect on:
- Emerging and converging threat types
- Methodological and operational challenges in assessment
- Challenges and opportunities for risk management
- Implications for prevention, safeguarding, and intervention systems
