Andrea Walker is a Research Associate at the National Counterterrorism Innovation, Technology, and Education Center (NCITE) at the University of Nebraska Omaha. She is a co-Principal Investigator for a large-scale project to evaluate a violence prevention grant program for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
