Research to Practice Fellow

Anna has spent the majority of her career within the public sector, applying behavioural science in operational and investigative settings. She has worked across a variety of UK government departments, creating and delivering numerous training packages for law enforcement and intelligence communities. Anna has created strong international links with government behavioural scientists across Europe, America, Australia, New Zealand and Canada, establishing working groups and conferences to share expertise and research and ensuring that the assessment and consultancy advice of her team and other colleagues was effective, customer led, evidence based and ethical.

She left the UK Civil Service to pursue a career applying behavioural science research within the financial industry and has joined the recently established Behavioural Sciences Team at Nasdaq. For CREST, she is using her understanding of both the behavioural science and the operational and investigative space to translate research into practical training products and advice.
