David Parker

Lecturer in Politics & International Relations at Aston University. Dr. David Parker is a Lecturer in Politics & International Relations at Aston University. Prior to moving to Aston David was a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Department of War Studies, King's College London, and a Marie-Curie Fellow at Aarhus University in Denmark. His research focuses on US-Russian Relations, Countering Violent Extremism and Strategic Communication. Alongside his research, David is an experienced counter-terrorism practitioner.
