Howard has spent the majority of his career within the public sector, managing publishing and communications projects. By staying focused on audience need and operational efficiency, Howard has achieved success in maximising the impact of both print and digital channels on behalf of world-class organisations.

Most recently he spent five years in the civil service at the National Gallery in London, where he led the transformation of the Gallery’s digital output, particularly in the areas of Research and Interpretation. Following this he joined the BBC in Salford, leading teams in the production of online educational content for school-age children, reaching 2 million weekly users.
