Joel S. Elson

Joel S. Elson is a Research Professor in Information Technology at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. He has a master's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Creighton University. His research interests include human-computer trust, computer-mediated influence, and psychophysiological measurement. He was a graduate research assistant for the Koreleski CABLab where he has engaged in consulting work for many corporations including a Fortune 500 company. He has presented at numerous international conferences, US Strategic Command, Congressman Brad Ashford, and former Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel.
