Project Summary:

Addressing hybrid information manipulation and interference threats, particularly by hostile states, this project uses scenario-based wargames informed by behavioural science, participatory design, and historical case studies. It allows participants to explore threat prioritisation, resource allocation, and decision-making under pressure, producing open-access tools and guidance to strengthen strategic foresight and institutional resilience against complex disinformation campaigns.
